I HAVE GOOD NEWS TO REPORT!! :o) It's about time, right? I finally got the promotion that I've been up for since June! WOO-HOOOO! I am really excited. I start this new position at the beginning of September. It's more responsibility, more money, and more perks.
I am extremely stoked, to say the least! Jon was out of town last night and I couldn't get a hold of any friends so I ended up taking myself out for sushi... which was amazing! And then I went to see the movie Camp. Ever heard of it? It was kind of like a bad Dawson's Creek (if you can imagine that) but with a musical theatre theme. It's about these kids who go off to summer camp and have to put on a bunch of shows and then at the end, a big review... which Stephen Sondheim goes to see! It is pretty hilarious. The cast was great... the writing stunk. It was produced by Bernard Telsey. I knew no one in their right mind would want to see that with me so I figured it was a perfect time to go. I also got my hairs cut and highlighted. It was definitely a ME night.
Feeling much better.... looking forward to celebrating this weekend!
